This is an amazing mattress, simple and supportive. We first tried this mattress at a well known Melbourne city hotel and loved that it wasn’t a plush, pillow-top type bed.
After a recent disasters with an expensive ‘custom fit’ mattresses that gives you the option of different comfort levels on either side of the bed, we were happy to find a mattress that does away with all the foam layers and can be regularly turned for even wear.
After just one week of using this bed, we are both noticing how much physically better we feel.
First time I have purchased a bed online and that came with a little apprehension. Erica from Hotel@home made the process easy with answers to my many questions and most importantly, reassurance that any arising issues would be well attended to.
Delivery was easy, as was the purchase itself. I’d have no hesitation in recommending both Hotel@home and this particular ensemble to anyone seeking an identical experience to the beds in these lovely hotels.
